at the first new year’s eve party i was at tonight, we wrote something we wanted to leave behind in 2008 and after midnight, we burned them. jess and i took this pretty seriously and it was one of the best ideas i’ve ever heard of. so, here’s to what i burned, which i choose not to reveal but look forward to losing in 2009.

man, i should burn things like this monthly. hell, nightly.
